Sometime one day last year my friend A from California sent me a starter bread of Amish friendship bread. I had no idea what that was. She was making the bread while I was visiting her and I watched her make her very first batch. She got her starter bag from her mom. Well, I am not a regular baker so I didn't think much of it till A gave me one to take home. I have been hooked on it ever since! No, I don't bake every ten days. Instead the "babies" that I get, I store them in the freezer and take it out when I want to bake one. So a few days ago I took one out and baked it yesterday! My husband J chose the flavors. One cheesecake and one vanilla pudding mix. Result: YUM! How do I know? Cuz I already had eaten a piece soon as it was ready! Hehehe!
